Check engine light reset

2023 rocket 3 R. Installed new battery. Check engine light is now on. Anyway to reset without going to the dealer ?

Yes. You can use TuneECU to reset. Is it a MIL (Malfunction Indicator Light) or a service wrench? If it's an MIL it will clear on it's own after a number of cycles if the fault is clear. If it's a maintenance minder that requires resetting the minder to a new date and/or mileage.
