And there may be more like it.
Your throttle balance numbers are in the 600s now so you're getting close.
Check all vac tubes and the 4 blanks for integrity and good tight connections.
Then you can balance throttles and do another ISCV reset (because adjusting throttles will change the TPS reading)
The green arrows show the 3 nipples that the 3 vacuum tubes connect to.
The yellow arrows show the 3 blanks on each TB.
The blue arrow is the 4th one which is often missed, normally blanked too.
These "extra" nipples are used for emissions compliance crap on California, Canada & Hong Kong models.

Everything appeared to be in shape. It got dark quick and mosquitos are nasty so I had to call it a night. I'll be at it first thing tomorrow, after I get myself right with God.
Thanks for all the help so far. Bike will be aces before long!
Keep in mind those throttle bodies are upside down so you will be looking near the bottom on the inside for those nipples. You could also use a vacuum hose one end in your ear the other at the base of the throttle bodys we have also seen the throttle bodys not all the way seated properly
Hthh
Updated my post for clarity. Was about 1am here and drinking.
The emissions crap is on Canada & Hong Kong bikes too I think. Don't know where you're located.
Anyway if you have emissions system then there are more places for vacuum leaks to occur so check everything carefully. And consider removing the emissions crap altogether and blanking the 4 "extra" nipples.
How does it run now, after presumably correct TPS setup and vacuum hoses all in place and seated correctly?
