Chasing gremlins

Vacuum leaks are obviously your main issue. While you're in the neighborhood though crimp the thin leads to the coils. The #1 is hard to get to. These routinely get loose and will definitely affect performance. Might as well take that out of the equation. I'd replace the vacuum lines if you have any doubt, new caps, check the MAP sensor, replace the fuel and air filters and change out the gas. With throttle bodies synced I'd expect you'll be fully on your way

Updated my post for clarity. Was about 1am here and drinking.
The emissions crap is on Canada & Hong Kong bikes too I think. Don't know where you're located.

Anyway if you have emissions system then there are more places for vacuum leaks to occur so check everything carefully. And consider removing the emissions crap altogether and blanking the 4 "extra" nipples.

How does it run now, after presumably correct TPS setup and vacuum hoses all in place and seated correctly?
Im in the USA, so probably have all the emissions crap.

I don't mind deleting it.

It ran a touch better last night. Much less black smoke, but definitely not cure by any means

This is from the basic guide for the Android version on Tuneecu.fr, bikes list: read and write USB only

So I read that wrong :(

I have to get a cable. I guess I'll be waiting a while for the correct cable to get to me, unless someone has one they can recommend , that actually works that's from Amazon

Well be sure to trace all vac tubes both to the MAP sensor and the emissions crap, for integrity and firmly seated connections.
After that, if bike runs on its own OK, give the throttles a balancing.

Then do another ISCV reset / TPS calibration per the other video.
Can you make a video of the bike running?

Also need to pull up the map that's in the ECU too and view the map notes - it will give some detail.
Note the map number on its own is only a little bit of the info needed, because anyone can change settings in say map 20352 and save it, and it will still be map number 20352.
Seems most people will make a note in the map notes though to explain what they did to the map.
Is your bike intake & exhaust stock?

Everything is stock.

Either it doesn't have a map loaded or I can't read it with the Bluetooth dongle I have.

I also read the tuneecu page wrong and didn't realize I needed a cable to change maps, so I am at a standstill until I can have a cable to do the remap.

I have about a half hour to wait, before I can go start it up. Neighbors will be complaining if I'm running it this early:(

Thanks for the help!

OK. Hope you're getting the cable from www.lonelec.com.
Can you view what map is loaded (map notes) using the connector you have?
Im ordering it now.

I wish they had an Amazon store, I'd have it tomorrow!

In the meantime I suppose I'm left to cleaning the bike and seeing what I have to do to block off emissions

I did see a way to view the current map. When I scrolled to the map part of the App, it just showed it as blank

I'm a little late to the party. Glad to see you are making progress. After reading the complete post, I don't have anything to add other than reinforcing the request to recrimp the 2 primary wires going to each coil (3 of them). These always loosen off with time creating a misfire. I don't think this is your current problem though but...

When you get the system running, I would suggest purchasing a RAMAIR filter Triumph Rocket 3 Air Filter Kit which will get rid of all the intake plumbing, opening up the area above the engine a lot. That coupled with a set of the stock performance TOR exhaust pipes will liven things up a bit. A remap will be needed though. I also agree with following R-111-R Turbo's lead closely on any of his suggestions.

Once I have it running right, I absolutely wanna change the exhaust, if for anything just because of how massive the stock pipes are!

Thanks for the advice!

I just attached the Bluetooth dongle that I got this morning. Obdlink LX

It now shows maps, and that I can change them?

I opened the map that says it's for my bike, stock configuration.

I'll include screenshots for what I did

I also checked the TPS setting and the ISCV setting, and the TPS was same as last night (obviously I didn't work on it when I was asleep) but the ISCV setting changed a lot. And when I was watching it on the screen it would fluctuate from the 500's to like 800. I wasn't touching it at all, just holding my phone staring at the bike.

Could the ISCvalve be faulty? Faulty valve would explain issues im having. . .
Thanks for putting up with my ignorance, y'all are truly reminding me that good humans do exist.
