@Darron1117 I just did this ramair and took it out for a test run today and it does make a big difference by doing this I lost my decel popping and it has a much quicker response I just posted in the ramair thread on the tune I'm running right now
In my case it made a big difference
What kind of power differences between ram air and k and n stacks. Up to and on say a 230hp rocket. I can only find power differences at high speed with a big engine like yours. Am I correct in this? Or were you just referring to K and n stacks making more power ? Or both hence if you wanna make more power. I think I got it

I don't know what the actual difference would be. Just the K&N RX4040 is what Carpenter recommends after testing other combinations. I know it flows well enough that even my stock bike got 170 hp (with the right exhaust and tune).

Absolutely, I think the k and n or pipercross comes into play at high speeds with big horsepower to make max hp when stroking the big girl , ram air ok upto about 230 240 hp is what has been shown on dyno to date by Claviger before he went with big build you and he have and he built the pipercross to get mufasa way up there
Well I’m proven ignorant again. I’m going to stick to humorous posts and general foolishness since facts and usable and information is not my strong suit.
Been reading about the Ram Air modification.
Is it more necessary than not?
Did Triumph miss something?
I love performance but is it a big enough difference that I'll regret not doing it?
