All blacked out!
Beautiful job!! I didn’t tear mine down. The gold/brass color definitely gives it a nice touch. After looking at your pictures I decided to loose the chrome on the tank strap and where the wheels attach, as well as the radiator stripe.

Finally finished. Just in time for Daytona Bike Week

Is their a method to make sure both mirrors are exactly same angle (talking about the frame)? Or just by eye? This is my OCD asking

I just do it by eye. I don’t know of another method

Finally got mine done. Thanks for the inspiration!
Looks really good. I was wondering if you can share what type of paint did you use for the exhaust. Also do you have to sand those aluminum parts before painting them black?

Also just looking more into your bike. To paint those metal parts that were gray under the seat and the on the front of the bike and next to the brake. Do you sand those first? Can you guide me on what kind of paint and primer do I need , and for the exhaust. Thanks man.
You really did a great job on yours
