Motorcycles that warn riders when they’re speeding or cornering too fast will be on the road in two years, say researchers. Warning systems have been fitted to a Yamaha Tenere and Triumph Sprint for tests by the Motor Industry Research Association....

Might as well just have them make a phone call to the police while they're at it.

Like I need an alarm to go off mid corner to tell me that I've over cooked it.
That would be real helpful.

**DING-DING-DING .... Door is ajar ... Door is ajar .... DING-DING-DING**

**DING-DING-DING .... Your ass is speeding like a MoFo .... DING-DING-DING**

Wouldn't a "cornering too fast" warning almost HAVE to come too late?

Maybe they'll give you a heckle option for when you're going slow - or cuss randomly at folks at a stoplight just to spice it up a bit.

Seriously, read an article on traction control recently that looked interesting... I thought they were testing on mostly supersports tho.
