Not sure what that means.

It's vinyl wrapped (almost shrink wrapped) which is quick, easy and cheap compared to paint and it means your original paint is underneath untouched (never as good a finish as a decent paint job but allows for more experimentation)

I know that kinda wrap as used on vehicles for advertising. Never occurred to me to use it that way on a bike, but its a great idea!
