Bag rail rubber groumet and metal insert

I finally got my 09 Rocket touring and hopefully it will last me the rest of my bike riding days.

The first problem I noticed was the the guard rail on right bag was too low toward the exhaust; then I noticed the cause was a rubber groumet being deteriated, which was caused by a metal insert that goes in groumet was missing .

Does anyone know where I might find a rubber groumet and metal insert?

I found the grommet and metal flange at triumphmcparts.com . The grommet is only 95 cents but the flange is about $13.
