As you can see from my avitar, I am fond of my trip around the area.

Anyone planning a fall get together? I will be traveling from Northern Michigan to Orlando late August for a reunion of the 138th Aviation Company at the Shades of Green military resort on Disney World. Hopefully there will be 3-4 ofthe guys I flew the friendly skies of Vietnam with. Two years ago only one of the guys was able to make it. The unit is active at Robins Air Force Base in GA flying J-Star missions. They have a bit more technology than we had, but we were VERY good at what we did.

I hooked up with the Victory 'V2V' annual ride once. They rode Hwy 50 across the country. I just did Nevada...(Loneliest Hwy)
Riding the Lincoln Hwy (30) would be fun. 20 runs from NY to Oregon. There is always Route 66. Then 89 runs Mexico to Canada. All have a lot of off the slab, history and entertainment

I like the Route 66 idea.

Route 66. Always wanted to ride what's left of it. Hwys 40/44 have some cool little towns.
