Spotted a sign like this somewhere near New Hampshire. I stopped and told my wife that I was really in the mood for a sandwich from here.

"I want an Effingham Sandwich!"
 
Here's one just north of Llano on hwy 16.

There used to be a community there that got it's name fair and square back in the frontier days.
