I wonder if it comes with an automatic door opener. It comes with a key to lock it and a front wheel support.
 
I call BS!!!
When he left, the idiot felt the need to leave a rubber burn patch on the nice brick driveway.
When he returned the mark was not there!
No garage space in a fancy schmancy home like that???
No heater in the box for the bike???

Would not surprise me - from the plates - If it's a communal parking area for flats. It's VERY common in Germany. So are those "cobble" drives.
When we bought our home here - we had to keep explaining that "We want a garage" means more than "We want a parking spot" too.

That was no rubber burn mate it was an old oil burner with a slipping clutch. He he
