Sparky picked up the engine today for this build. Talk about Brotherhood! Sparky dont talk it he walks it! I wouldn’t be able to do any of this without his help. A great big brother. The Man in the tin shed is cooking up some cams for the 10.5:1 JE pistons. Gonna get it home, tear it apart with Konrad and do an inspection on it and hopefully install piston set and rod bearings and get ready for the cams when they land, Neville doesn’t mess around so they wont be long so were moving along. We plan on building it together and going straight to dyno for breakin. The 215hp was eye candy we really dont care where the numbers land anymore we will be shooting for engine efficiency throughout and going alpha n on this tune exclusively.

The delivery crew just landed in the electra225 with the motor, they asked if they could leave delivery vehicle in yard for a couple days to run the natchez trace. I said of course, big burly biker dudes.

Head looks real good, cam ladders look smooth, cylinders look great, cross hatching looks new, all stock and it doesn’t lool like any wear, cam guides look new, auto tensioner had a lot left, uniform carbon build up, cam cover and head studs definitely factory stuff, I didn’t rotate motor but valve adjustment looked good on the ones I could check. Konrad is rebuilding the head on this one, im gonna put my transmission in this one that’s currently in the bad motor so fixing to open him up.
