The 2017 iron butt rally has begun.
Has anybody ever attempted it?
Sounds like fun, but I really don't think I could ride that many miles in 11 days with such little sleep.

Our very own tdragger is the expert on this subject no one on this forum has done more iron butts than him, not only the easy(not that easy) 1000mile ones but the multiple day ones also.

Don't be Shy DJ once you are on the road ya body settles in and it is a grate achievement.
Try out some of the smaller IBA rides 1st and you will be hooked .
The freedom, the scenery , just you and the Highway.
The best thing is the people you meet enjoying what you do.

I've completed one SS 1000. Was fun. A good mental and physical challenge

I just question my ability to keep that up for 11 days. That would be an accomplishment.
