2012 R3R-Engine Knocking/Ping around 2000 RPM

I am thinking that to check the throttle balance with tuneecu and if it is way off then you may have a a cracked vacuum hose causing lean condition
a lean condition will cause a hesitation when giving throttle
I did check the throttle balancing on tune ecu. One of them is 20 less than the other two. I guess not way off. What should be the hpa value for throttle bodies at Idle. Please pardon me if I am asking a silly question ;)

I can check for exhaust leaks. Interestingly,Penner’s tune didn’t work well for me. After 12 minute tune, bike’s idle rpm dropped and I had hard time accelerating bike from get go. Felt bogged down or needing more air. Every time I twisted the throttle while riding, it would hesitate to accelerate. So, I flashed the other tune that I mentioned and it is better.
Gotta check tps and idle stepper as well after loading tune, several things could be going on

The TPS is always a suspect. You might want to read this post I made years ago concerning my '11 Roadster.
Spoiler alert- cracked vacuum caps- a cracked hose if you have the original air system would do the same.....

I checked the vacuum hoses and caps. In excellent condition. Checked all hoses for loose connections.Balanced the throttle bodies. I have reloaded the stock tune again. I will try higher-grade fuel to see how it goes. Is there any way to test the TPS to rule out any issues?
