2010 or 2011?

There was a discussion going on as to whether or not someone already had a 2011 R3T or not. I finally got ahold of my dealer (D&D Cycles in Pensacola) and got the definitive answer. I also checked it out on the internet by googling VIN numbers (and how to read them).

The answer is look at your VIN, if the 10th digit is the letter A, it is a 2010. The letter for a 2011 is B. Hope this will answer this to everyone's satisfaction.

If someone buys a bike in 2010 I do not give a ****** it is a bike built in 2010 and sold in 2010 so it is a 2010 bike, by the way Dennis how do you identify yor camels age over yonder?

Lift the tail and count the rings.

Since I do not leave the FOB (except by helo) I hope never to find out....some things are better left to the locals to worry about.
