    Yea all good Scott how are you ? I was just browsing and saw this post and your right recconect the isc motor plug then remove the isc from it's mount 2 screws and cable tie out the way, start issue sorted good luck, and have fun.

    You also need to check how many DTC's the bike has, fault codes in plain terms, first kit I fitted up took me an hour or two to sort same problem, I think the instructions tell you to remove map sensor, I refitted the wiring connector to the map but not the vacuum line from memory that brought...

    Nev's steert cams took my R3 from 151hp 154 torque to 169hp and 180 ftlbs, sorry these sheets show some earlier pulls, but after some tuneboy remaping ended up with good figures, I have k&n"s jardine headers with supertrap can.

    Looks like the connector for the emission control canister, evaporative emission control is fitted for some countries, vent hoses from the fuel tank cycle the fumes into the canister and then flows into the thotlle bodies to be consumed by the engine, just another thing to remove and discard...

    Yea more induction noise from the valve train with k&n's, you soon get over it and after a while wont even notice it anymore........... :wink:

    Top photo is the output shaft, and yes I have seen the black second gear in a bike that was jumping out of second at only 800kms, the photo below is the tortional damper, make sure bearings are replaced in this before it goes back together. IMO if you have seen the input and output shafts no way...

    That dip is common at 2-3000 rpm and can be ironed out by adding fuel to that specific rpm range with tuneboy, pc111 adds fuel across the whole range so what ya see is what you get.
