    I keep mine in sport mode all the time. I never ride in the rain, but if I would end up riding in bad weather, I would definitely chose an appropriate setting.

    I did, the damage is deep. Don't want to risk removing to much clear coat.

    Installed this seat infill this weekend and noticed there was some imperfections in the clear coat where the old pillion rested. Nothing bad, you can't see it unless angle of light is just right, but still. Wonder if there are others that are worse. Overall looks great and does show off that...

    Came home after a good ride and measured header temps with bike still idling in garage. Sorry for the blurred images. Headers at the block (360F-370F) Heat Shields (145F-155F). This is with the Jet Hot Ceramic coating applied.

    Here's a link to where I had mine done. ( Ceramic Header & Exhaust Coating | Jet-Hot ) They coat both inside and out and apply any color of your choice. Cerakote is more of a durable, decorative coating, while ceramic coatings are designed for heat resistance and insulation.
