    Well - I made my decision. CES black ceramic headers and their slash cut muffler, and RamAir Kit. Done. I really appreciate everyone's input and advice. Great forum. Will send pics when all is finished. Love this bike. My Diavel and Road Glide are getting jealous. :-)

    Thanks for your reply and all the info. Leaning towards CES headers - just need to figure if I want their full system with slash cut exhaust or add V&H slip on to their exhaust. Or what. Thanks all.

    Thank you for the great input. I shouldn't have downplayed the extra performance so much - as more power is great and desired. How much louder is your CES setup than stock or TORS? I'm not interested in adding a blower. Are you using the mufflers from CES? If so, which ones? Thanks Pat

    Thanks ... That's sorta where I'm at. I'm talking to CES to see if they will sell me their black ceramic coated 2 1/4" performance headers and fabricate the mounting bracket (similar to what they do with their slash cut muffler) for a Vance and Hines black ceramic coated slip on - can't...

    Thank you. Power is not my concern as I think all three will add power - plus the bike has plenty of power for me. I'm most interested in the sound. I want good sounding but loud pipes. Thanks guys for your time to reply to my questions!

    Thanks for all the replies ... I'm in Dallas area ... How do they sound as compared to stock or TORS which are not much louder than stock. I want performance and a whole lot more sound. My HD Road Glide have 2:1 Vance and Hines - they look and sound sound awesome.

    Thanks. I'm sure yours is faster! .. But the Diavel is fast, powerful and fun to ride. Two different animals.

    It positions the rider basically in a standard position - so I can easily ride it multiple tanks - actually all day. I had a Duc Streetfighter before - awesome motorcycle - but extremely uncomfortable to ride. At my age, I need sit more upright. :-) I don't tour on it - that's for the Road Glide.

    I can't look at any more exhaust sites, pics, posts, etc ... of headers and pipes. Carpenter, CES or Reband? ... I need your help to put me over the edge and make a final selection :-) Pat in Texas

    Thanks guys. I think the PCV is another option - there are some maps for the R3 with Zards exhaust and air kit. Or I may take the bike to Sabin Performance here in Dallas, TX and have it dyno tuned. No matter which direction, I will share results. Thanks guys.

  19. Tune for 2014 Roadster with Full CES exhaust and RamAir

    Can anyone suggest and/or guide me with the best ECU tune for CES Full system and RamAir Kit mods? I do have TORS and Triumphed tuned ECU for the TORS. The TORS will soon be replaced with the CES headers and pipe. Thanks for any guidance provided ... Pat
