Sportster S (looking to get a Rocket 3)
Hi Guys and gals. Two of the reasons I chose the 2022 R3 GT I did was it's very low mileage (2,100 miles) and the extended factory warranty. Well, that warranty is due to end next month, so I had a look at the Triumph warranty page. In the UK it's £250 for 1 year and £400 for 2 to extend it (if I still can). I know when if/when the R3 goes wrong it can be serious money, so I'm erring towards biting the bullet on 2 years, as I'm not looking to sell it any time soon.

I'd be interested to know the collective view on the factory Triumph warranty; how many have it and have you had to use it? In which case how did yo get on?

Thanks for your time.

At that price I'd just go ahead and do it. If something catastrophic happens to the engine you will be glad you have it.
Just got off the phone to Triumph. They won't extend the warranty again, as the bike will be 4 years old, which I guess is understandable. Worth a try though.

That sucks you cant get it. When I bought my bike they have an extended warranty for an additional 5 years over the 2 years they give you. I have two years to buy it before its not avaliable so next year I'll probably buy it, its like $2300 for the 5 years.
