This could explain the rather choppy idle and inability to stay at 850. It's also backfiring badly through the throttle bodies. It did it a little before. Now I was worried the housing would blow off

Quick update. . . Lifted the tank and one vac hose was disconnected and the intake from under the seat was disconnected from the large plastic intake on the throttle bodies.

It was a pretty substantial improvement.

Still idling rough, but could just need a solid clean out (spirited riding)

well the air intake pipe should not make a difference other that sound when you open the throttle.
the two bottom oxygen info is off
the sensor should be reading around .45 up and down(varying with what the ecu commands and it is at 0 maybe the o2 sensor is shut off in the ecu ?
the other sensor the-26 is the ecu measuring the air/fuel and senses a to rich condition so ecu is trying to cut fuel 26%

I still think the ECU has a tune, and I won't be able to load a stock tune until Amazon gets to my house tomorrow

this is good info but now seems like a lean condition it also will pop off the vacuum hoses to the map sensor and the three rubber plugs on one each of the throttle bodies.
 
What should the MAP numbers be around? I don't see a value in the manual. And how can I lower them more? Do they need to be lowered more?

You can read and write but only with the cable. There is a manual perhaps on Tuneecu.net, downloads. I could email it to you.

i never got into that numbers stuff and if i did then i forgot.
i know that 5 volts is the main going in and when it has vacuum the the volts reading goes to the ecu
i think that most of the maps are good they just have trouble with the vacuum lines (all must be the correct length) and the plugs breaking or popping off.

Ya see there's your problem.

And there may be more like it.
Your throttle balance numbers are in the 600s now so you're getting close.
Check all vac tubes and the 4 blanks for integrity and good tight connections.
Then you can balance throttles and do another ISCV reset (because adjusting throttles will change the TPS reading)
