Ixil Exhaust

Have anyone first hand experience of running an Ixil exhaust with factory panniers fitted ?
I've contacted the seller who says there's no issue. I've contacted Ixil and they say they can't guarantee compatibility.

Looks like a good way to test the heat tolerance of the pannier plastics and pannier contents. Competition Werkes or Zard might be more compatible with the pannier setup.

Personally, it wouldn't occur to me to put panniers with my Ixil exhausts ...or you could go and get a raw roast before leaving and that way you can eat it at the end of your trip...
