    Suggestions for rear darkside

For the over 76k miles that I put on my Rocket, all but the first 4k were running darkside. By far the best solution was the Riken Raptor ZR in a 225/55/16. It is only 1% larger in circumference from stock and handled great. I averaged 29.5k miles out of each one that I used. Some particular...

In 2 years i will sell all my bikes...

Hey Lupe, good to see you again. A few years ago I was faced with similar options. I was looking at a M-B GLE63 or the BMW M5. I have a European specialty shop nearby so I went down to talk to the owner about maintenance and reliability. We walked to the window and he pointed out into the...

    Hermy's

I've had good results from Hermys. Usually it is not the local dealer that is the problem if the parts take time. Most often it is Triumph North America or even Triumph corporate. Hermys are good people. If you call, ask if it is Triumph NA that are not stocking the parts.

Fork Mounted LEDs - Cool or Not-Cool?

A set of Clearwater Darla's down on the forks is a good idea, particularly down in Florida. Having the lights low creates a "conspicuity triangle" that helps cagers acknowledge your presence. The Clearwater lights are uber expensive but they are also uber quality. Less expensive options are...

This is just so sad and wrong, if accurate.

My wife's best friend's husband is a retired police officer. He went through police academy and served for 20 years with the murdered rider in northern Virginia. The article incorrectly lists Fairfax, Washington when it should be Fairfax, Virginia, a suburb of Washington, DC.

    Advise on Clutch Update

Got everything back together (amazing for a mechanical numpty like me) and went for a test ride. The Barnett definitely has stronger springs as felt at the clutch lever. Different engagement feel as well. Very smooth. I should have done this a long time ago.

    PAIR VALVE BLANK OFF PLATES

Run regular gas to help reduce the popping (higher octane burns slower so more unburnt fuel out the exhaust port) and embrace the remaining popping as a sign of total immense power!
