    Ok cool thanks for responding...yeah I put the remy 17610 starter on the other day... just swapped the triumphs starter nose cone and it bolted up no problems😁👍

    Finally got my 05 rocket running....now I need the low fuel level float (sending unit) new models have a plastic housing I need the metal housing used on earlier models does anyone know where I can get the earlier unit?...any help appreciated 😀

    I did put a new battery in I leave it on the maintainer overnight before I start testing...it was weird that when I installed a used ignition from ebay....it did crank on 3 seperate tries then just stopped.....I didn't even move anything ....do u think maybe that used ignition went bad.... or a...

    Oh your right ..makes sense.. I was just twisting them during troubleshooting just to make it easier.. bike is on lift table and hard to reach clutch from right side....but I wasn't thinking about it stopping the motor when in gear.....thanks for heads up....I'm just gonna reattach the proper...
