    you are lucky it didnt fry your instrument dash, there is no relay running blinkers on rocket 2.5, blinkers are being turned on/off from instrument cluster by chip inside instrument, so any short in blinkers will fry instrument I have been there and done that, replacement was 1500USD I have...

    its a gray area, some dealers dont check ECU flash count, for ex- if oil leaks from crankcase etc, then why ECU flashing matters? for instance - if instrument cracks why werkes exhaust matters

    cables yes, connectors - nothing special about them, they are all available on electronics parts website for 10usd or so. For instance, The instrument cluster connector is widely used as oil/gas connector in industry. :)
