    did you jump a really big pot hole recently? any work done near handlebar? or anything done to bike recently ? I would remove the dash connector OR fuse to cut the power completely and give it a reset. screen flicker is common issue across LCDs/screens for example -

    Either buy brand new : - OEM rotor disc from dealer - EBC rotor Disc - remove your own rotor disc ( but it will be off in measurements as its used) and do all measurements you want but we dont know what are you trying to achieve with measurements? are you trying to CNC your own rotor?

    What was done to bike in past? any recent mods? serviced at service center? provide more detail about what was done to bike after you 248kmph until you found its not going above 176kmph Thanks
