    It don’t take long to get used to, try being an international truck driver out of the U.K., we go from driving on the left up to the ferry. Getting off the ferry and having to drive on the Right, whilst still driving a British truck. 😂 Remembering where your gear change is a piece of piss!

    A65 Saga Chapter 17 and 3/4. Paperwork for the bike is off with the BSAOC for a dating certificate and a date with mechanical inspection. Now just painting tank gloss black with my Regimental colours as a set of strips on the top of the tank.

    My first one was a 2004, so that adds up. Going to try and find a set coz it’s dead handy just rolling the clocks forward. Have you tried Just Rockets for any parts you want, they’re in Wisbech.

    Don’t think so 😂. When I got mine it also had a set of Touring bars fitted as well as the risers. The front brake pipe was stretched tight as a guitar string, so had to replace that as well. Don’t know if you know, but the early clocks would swivel forwards on a hinge for maintenance.

    Taking the head lights off will give you the room to remove the risers, just happens I have to do the same. Mines previous owner has fitted Tourer risers and I need to source some early risers..

    I think your forks may be a couple of mil high, but nowt daft. Maybe the previous owner had them out or he’s tried to quicken the steering up by dropping the forks in the yokes.
