    Yop!😜

Welcome, Fabian! I say go for it! What could be better than riding the only Rocket 3 in paradise?

    Reflector removal question

I think about installing the turn signals as having 2 aspects: mechanical and electrical: I used the Lamonster tail tidy kit for the mechanical attachment, relocating from the swing arm extension to under the tail as shown in the picture. Installing the tail tidy is a bit challenging as there...

    Reflector removal question

Here's a picture of the "rocket thruster" rear turn signals from Lamonster. I found seemingly identical ones on Amazon for under $25/pair. As I said, adapting them to the front turn signal mounts will take some creativity. I've got a couple of ideas.

    Reflector removal question

As Elnar said, there is no inspection for reflectors here is the USA. Or, for anything else, really. You pay the bill and get your registration renewed annually. No one even looks at the bike. FREEDOM!!! A heat gun and a credit card were the proper tools to use here. This was a very simple...

    Thinking about exhaust options

Thank you, edgeofinsanity! That is exactly what I have in mind. At least now I know it can be done. The Paul Bryant header is beautiful for sure, but I don't see any heat shields on there at all. Everyone is going to have their own list of priorities when upgrading a bike. Some will want max...

    Thinking about exhaust options

I had this factory CAT bypass pipe on my first generation (2007) Rocket III: It used the stock tailpipes- all 3 of them. I borrowed this picture from RedR3, from the "for sale" section of this forum. I sure wish we had a solution this simple for the 2nd generation R3s. I guess the closest we...

    Reflector removal question

Does anyone know how this reflector is attached? Is it just adhesive, or are there some pins or holes? I'd like to remove mine, but I don't want to be left with something that is unsightly. Thanks!

    Thinking about exhaust options

Hello all, I've been doing a lot of research and spending a lot of time thinking about the various exhaust options. Like many, I think the stock exhaust looks great - better than any of the aftermarket exhausts with the possible exception of the Zard. In my opinion, the Zard looks awesome from...

    Vinyl Wheel Pin Stripes

I just wanted to share an inexpensive and relatively easy mod that I completed over this past weekend. I'm sure the look is not for everyone, or for every paint scheme. However, I am very pleased with how this turned out for my Evel Knievel edition R3. Here is where I purchased the kit...

GT Backrest Removal and Tail Tidy

Thank you, Rick111. I'm super happy with the look as well. And I agree that wet weather is a concern. The license plate will catch some of the spray, and I've got a Aerostich R-3 riding suit to deal with what remains...

GT Backrest Removal and Tail Tidy

Hello Rocketeers, Yesterday I removed the backrest and installed the Lamonster Tail Tidy on my 2025 Evel Knievel GT. I'm super happy with the results, and thought i would share some tips and pictures for others who may be interested in doing a similar mod. First, the backrest removal was...

Does anyone know anything about this air filter setup?

I agree the chrome is not my favorite. I'd like to know how they got a 300mm wide tire to work when people are grinding off material from their swing arm to fit a 280mm.
