I had more to add but was unaware of the limit here. Wonder about adjusting the throttle stop screw also as when its warm the idle isnt all that high. I dont have any tech equipment. I have viewed steppermotor movement when key is turned on. I have a guy who has been a tech all his life says he thinks he could fix it so I think I wiil have him look at it. I have read quite a bit about this high idle thing. You seem to be very knowlegable of these bikes. So if you dont mind I would like to pick your brain with some direct posts here. I read here where one guy just adjusted his stepper motor nut off a little and the problem has not reoccured.. Im also wondering if there is any of the black internal TPS left in the parts bins. Mine was just replaced again in Sept
