Hi
I was told you was the go to guy for any tips or advice you may have on how to replace my detent spring on my 06 classic. So far I have the front engine cover of and can see where the spring used to be attached. I need to remove the clutch outer drum to get to the detent spring, is there any way to remove the whole clutch drum without removing the plates?

And any other advice would be appreciated.

Thanks...

in short yes you have to take the clutch fibers and steels out but not until you go back together with it.

You will also need to take of the pressure plate and springs just to get at the nut. Now after you get the nut off you could pull the basket with the clutch inside so you have it stacked right but you will have to take out the clutch parts before you go back on with the basket. It sis easy just keep them in the same order.
Hello,
Can you help me to fix the tune for my Rocket?
It had a some custom tune in it, made by some unknown dealer.
I downloaded the tune with TuneEcu.
It had no cat and tors.
I needed to replace the tors with stock pipes.
I installed the RamAir and cat by pass.
RamAir is not taken in notice in the tune. I have the "no O2 sensor" plug and i would like to use it.

Might be interested in your throttlemeister bar ends if they are the black heavy weight ones. Could you send me a picture? Thanks, Lee.

Love the look of my 1.5" bars and think the bike needs the oversized....just need to make an extension to move the instrument cans farther out by an inch and a half.
