your bike has the K&N RX-4040-1 clamp on air filter, I seen in your pics that you had to take out the antifreeze reservoir. That chrome piece you put in it's place where did you get that? Does the K&N RX-4040-1 differ from the K&N RU-2780 much, the second is shorter, so i'm wondering how does it seem with your legs?

Hi,
I have a question regarding your keyless system. Did you re-connect the 8 pin with the lone orange wire back into the connector leading to the ignition column? If not, how does the ignition column still work at all? Not that I need it too; I'm hoping to bypass it altogether. Knowing the 8 pin connector was left disconnected will confirm that.
