Caddy is correcto. Skinner tire will have worse braking performance if the rubber isn't stickier. You'll also eat the tread faster because of weight distribution on smaller contact patch. You should get quicker steering response depending on the tire's profile because of less weight of tire. Personally, I wouldn't go skinnier than 130mm. When you have 800 pounds of machine and 80 to 90 percent of your stopping and cornering performance pins on that front tire, you want adequate contact patch.
If you do go skinnier, check tire specs to make sure it fits rim width, which is 3.5" I think.
