USB not working?

Before I start tearing apart the rear end of my bike, are there any common failure points (fuse, connector, etc) for the rear cubby USB port? Tried mine for the first time and there's no power out of it. Everything else on the bike works fine including the front DIN plug.

Have you checked the fuse?

I don't use mine, but I'd say the bike has to be running to get power there. Are you checking it while it's running?

According to the service manual, the fuse is the same one that supplies the front DIN, which as I said, works fine. Is there another one somewhere?
Yes, bike on, which is necessary for front DIN to work as well.
