Tuneboy and Throttle Body Balance

Can someone tell me if you can use the tuneboy to balance the throttle bodies? From what I understand the dealers usually do this electronically using their Triumph scan tool.

hombre---don't understand all yo alphabet soup (dtc-tps-btw-etc.) but i do know you can eliminate rod--get rid of both stepper motors--just keep'em plugged up-under tank. primary stepper can be operated manually or w/ cable like choke decades ago. the true balance is only gonna happen w/ a closed loop system!!! when exhaust/intake start talking to each other--we got a winner. --john
