1. Yes its possible if you can squeeze a K&N in there next to coolant bottle, But the coolant bottle move frees up some air.

2. Unifilters fit just fine under the chrome bearclaw. ( search and you'll see what K&N's fit.. I don't know but have been running unis for almost 2 years

3. You don't have to put the coolant bottle under the seat, I mounted mine behind the left side panel, fits perfect only used one ziptie to hold it to the frame rail and used the stock hoses, just swapped the short for the long on the bottle.

Here's a picture of mine with 3 K&Ns and the stock coolent bottle in the stock position.

I have to admit, that looks kind of nice. Do you have any problems with riding in rain or having to clean them a lot. Obviously you probably get about as good as air flow as you can get without some type of forced induction. I saw some with chrome tops on here someplace. Anybody remember where???

To tell the truth, I try REAL HARD not to ride in the rain! So far I've had no trouble and I don't think rain will matter as the coating of oil the K&Ns have. Also they haven't been on long enough to need cleaning. I think it is BusaJack that has the chrome tops, and I belisve he made them. K&N doesn't offer anything. Soon I'll find something to make chrome caps.
