TPS and stepper motor reset without tune ecu

Evening all.
Just wondering if there's a way of resetting TPS and stepper motor on 2005 Rocket 3 without tune ecu just to possibly get a ride of any description out of the bike. As soon as I get on the throttle it lays down. I will get tune ecu shortly, but $1500 into it already without a ride and have mental issues

You could do it with a multi meter, you may have a captain close to you that could hook up tune ecu and try and get ya going also. Seen that happen.

The procedures in the shop repair manual require a "dealer tool" to get the voltages set correctly. That's what TuneECU will do for you. Out of curiousity have you cleaned the fuel injectors with an injector tool (like Motion Pro)? Also you'll want to synch the throttle bodies when you get TuneECU. Unlike using vacuum guages doing it with TuneECU should be more precise (altho you can get very close with guages).

I took the injectors to Mildura automotive engineering and fuel injection and had them done properly. I also asked them to test them first to see if there was an issue.... Which there wasn't

A dash extra info..after the last 12 minute reset it free revs ok now may splutter up top, but no go trying to ride it.
