Just fitted TORS, Cat Delete and under seat K&N with the air ducting removed, prior to having the tune installed (20226) there was a fair amount of decel popping; with the tune there is still some popping but not excessively so. My question is, should the tune (20226) have eliminated all of the popping or is it normal for some still to remain.

Atm, I am just enjoying the new sensations but some time down the track I may want to do something about the popping, what would I have to do to eliminate it totally (PCIII or TB) or do I just live with it?

From what I found out (after getting the same tune) is that the Triumph tune for pipes actually richens the mix by just holding the secondaries a little more closed. I thought that was a rip-off way to tune since it actually reduces available power, so I took out the secondaries, got a PCIII, GiPro and had a Power Commander dyno tune done. The results were great, I love the way she runs now.
I have no decel popping at all anymore.

pjl, I have the exact same setup on an '05 & the decel popping still exists, but was dramatically reduced by the proper Tuneboy alteration.

Yeeeeeee Haaaaaaaw!

See ya.
