While at my doctors, we discussed my T issue. He informed me that some people are helped by taking small doses of Melatonin, .5-1 mg dailey. I went on line to investigate further and there is quite a bit of studying being done, 2016, some of you may be interested as well.

From what I gathered from the site, B12 and Zinc also help some people.

It seems this is scientific work being done for the T issue and may be of use for us that have the T problem.

I have no fear of the dreaded T have worn earplugs since I first started riding back in 75, in fact i put my ear plugs in before i put my clothes on.
usually once the ringing starts it is hard to stop it.

Many of us were not so wise back when young and invincible!
 
My ears ring all the time from years of abuse. Never gave it a though when I was younger. My brain must just tune it out now because I never hear it anymore unless I think about it. Selective hearing. By the way...after viewing this post I am hearing it now big time! Thank you very much..
