Got my Rocket touring last spring.
I don't know if I have gotten used to the size. Every time I climb on and look at that tank in front of me I think "****"

That being said she does not intimidate me anymore.
 
You'll get used to it. When I sit on other motorcycles now I feel like I'm sitting on a moped.

You'll not only get used to the big girl soon enough, but, just as it is with anything else on two wheels, once you do learn how to safely and effectively toss any bike around, size really matters less and less. The most important thing to remember as you learn this particular beast's performance envelope is that it ain't about how fast you can take her, but, rather, how fast you can safely bring her to a stop! This bike will spoil you quite badly - in a good way - once you recognize and understand its and your own limitations.;)
