Steering head and swingarm service

I have a 2020 GT.
Has anyone done their own steering head and or swing arm assembly lube and got around the factory tools ?

Yes I did my steering head bearings. I used Imperial sized wrenches and sockets as I did not have the right sized metric tools. I dont recall what sizers I used. I lifted the gas tank, loose.nd the handlebars and suspended them from my garage door rails. This set yup gave me room to adjust the bearings. I should mention the bike was jacked up straight.

My steering head bearings were loosened after I went down. I got the factory tool and snugged it back up, but it's probably time now to replace the bearings and I've been putting it off. I seem to remember someone on here having done the swing arm bearings, or maybe just contemplating it.

@Andy Brooke was asking about the swing arm- maybe he's done it or had it done by now....

2.5 rear swing arm bearings.

Has anyone had these bearings regreased/checked? If so at what milage is recommended? On the 2.3 it was about 20 k..
