I saw one of the bikes on the classifieds has a speed triple gear lever on his R3C.
This bike has rivco floorboards,Im wondering if sp trip lever will work with position of the Triumph floorboards?

Don't see why not,
especially if you don't want or utilize your heel shifter,
or if you need more real estate for your feet on the boards.
A fellow rocket rider ordered one today for his classic
after getting confirmation from another captain it would work.

Thanks,I did want to rid myself of that pesky heel n toe shifter. I was going to chop it but if a sp triple lever will do the job with no linkages,I may go that way.
Ill think Ill inspect a sp triple and take some measurements to see how it will go with my big feet.

Zim why your at it look at the R3T as I think you can take the heel part off of the shift at the center. Not shure but I remember looking at it for the narrower heel shifter nob. Thank God I have small feet and do not have a problem fitting my feet inbetween them. I did adjust the linkage so the heel part was lower and easier to stomp when bangin the gears.

I also run a Speed Triple shifter with the Triumph accessory boards on my Std. Works great. Should work with the Rivcos as well.

Hey Zim: I charge for those good ideas! So send me my royalty check please! I cut off the toe shifter part, then added a Kuryakyn long longhorn shifter peg as well.

Thanks for the confirmation fellas. My feeet are too big for the heel and toe and I never liked the idea of shifting with my heel. When you have long legs, the heel part feels too far back to be able to get any feel,my boots probably dont help.

Not sure I understand this(4.30am here) You cut the toe shift off and added the longhorn? Did you weld them together?

Cheques in the mail.

EDIT I didnt realise that was your bike in the classifieds,I just look at the pics. Nice looking bike, lots of extras,I hope you get the price you deserve.

No. I cut the original shifter peg off, then drilled a hole in the shifter where I cut the peg off. The longhorn shifter peg has a threaded bolt that comes with it and I attached an acorn nut to the inside of the shifter peg.
