Spark plug ?

How many miles are ya'll getting out of your spark plugs? I really don't care about what the manual says I want to know what everyone recommends. Did you go back with the original plugs or what. My bike has 23k miles on it now and was wandering how far I could go before I need to change them.
 
20,000 kms is the recomended service interval for plug change, sometimes I clean and regap em slap them back in for another 10,000 kms, but I would want to replace them at the 30,000 kms service. Yours must be well due. 8)
