Steve you were right ALL 2010 onwards Roadsters with 2 pipes DO have ABS. ALL 3 pipe Rockets do NOT!
R3 Touring from 2008 to 2012 or 2013 (I think) did NOT have ABS, and ALL the later year versions DID.
The only originally 3 pipe Registered 2008 Rockets in Oz that I know with ABS is @Mittzy 's and he did it himself with 2010 bits.

Because they made them for 3 pipe Rockets too, which is what the young pup bought by mistake for his R3 Touring.

I didn't bother to check whether Kevin had the 'race length' version which I think comes with 2 separate lines to the front master cylinder or the replacement stock type version with the T piece and single line to Front master Cylinder.
