RPM limit not increasing.

Was that 7.4k in 6th?
I’m not sure the bike will wind to 7.4 k in sixth gear. Certainly the top speed limiter would have to be eliminated also but still doubt the bike will reach that rpm on the road in top gear. I am curious what the mph speed would be at that rpm. It might be calculated from the gearing?

Theres not enough room on the roads to wind out a rocket. I think justdad did that on a new rocket 152mph. Unless youre on a strip you cant use all rpm in every gear. Youre not in powerband, so why move it anyway unless youre going land speed racing. Theres no gain on the streets messing with rpm.

I've hit the limiter at 147 mph three times on the TFC. Once out west at the RAA and twice here in TN, there are places to attain that speed with relative safety. I do not think the New Rocket will get to 7400 rpm in sixth gear on the road. I believe it will level off short of that due to the physical weight of machine and rider and wind friction even in a full tuck. The next time I max out the bike and hit the 147 I need to note the rpm at that speed.

How much distance do you think you need to run one of the new ones to the electronic limit?

1 mile from a stop, rolling at 80 maybe half that

Rocket won't wind out in top gear, 152mph on the salt was around 6000 RPM. If you can do the 7400 in top gear it would be 188mph.
I agree with @Kevin frazier on you are going to need at least a mile to get up to that speed.
