I'm looking for any experience with motorcycle transporters. I spoke to several people that recommended Allied but thought I would see what the members of this tribe had to say on the subject. The bike would be going from Houston, TX to Berlin, NJ

I have had luck with uship. The rates end up being very reasonable and the insurance coverage is comprehensive even though I have never had to file any claim. jm2cw

ME....

If you are in a hurry send me a plane ticket to Houston and I will ride it to NJ. Then a cheap rental car back to my home

If not in a hurry..a cheap rental car to TX ...ride it to NJ....then a cheap rental car home.

You pay the cost.....I will charge you nothing:D

Tex if your sending it to Bob Carpenter call him he has a deal with one of the companies just for bringing bikes to him.

Thank you all for your kind offers to ferry my bike on its own two wheels, your generosity overwhelms me  I spoke to Bob yesterday and he recommended Allied I was just checking to see if there were any opinions for or against. Merry X'mas to all.
