Rear brake fail

Jagster is correct about the dealer, the go between you and triumph. They should bend over backwards to fix the issue, because they never fixed it properly; not offer you to fix it for another 2 grand. The dealer represents the brand and should be responsible.

What attorney have you hired? I have two friends that are Colorado attorneys in two different offices. They were JAG guys that I met when I was stationed at Ft. Carson many years ago. Sometimes a simple letter from an attorneys office can resolve many issues.

Northern Colorado Powersports is the name of the dealership. I have only contacted lawyers - I have not committed yet (just initial contact with Lawyers out of Denver). I haven't decided whether this is worth pursuing, given the cost of repair that the Indian dealership quoted me.

I should add that the bike was originally purchased in Colorado Springs, but since I don't live there, I have been dealing with my local Triumph dealer.
