Fellow Texas Captains,
It has been proposed that someone from Texas host an RAA ride in the fall. I'm soliciting suggestions for a route. In keeping with our long held tradition of southern hospitality my suggestion is that we ride the hill country and introduce everyone to the twisted sisters . However, I am open to suggestion. Target date is mid October or there abouts. If there is sufficient interest I will start looking for accommodations, planning routes, etc

I don't know where we are going yet, from here to Dallas is only 5 hrs, let them sort things out and will keep a close eye on this thread

Points of reference: Google Maps says 570 miles from Tulsa to Bandera. For those coming from the west...516 miles from El Paso to Bandera...and from the northeast...491 miles from Shreveport, LA to Bandera. And finally from Houston to Bandera is 245 miles.
