Don't buy anything from them. They are, in my opinion, a bunch of incompetent monkeys. They listed, on ebay, an item they did not actually have in stock. When I "bought" it, they sent me a similar item that fits a different bike. Then they sent their display model - minus all of the mounting hardware. Probably sent the display because they did not and would not actually stock the item they listed on ebay. :?:

I paid more for the item somewhere else and received it right away.

Performance Cycle said my added expense to obtain the RIGHT product from someone else was "none of their concern".

I guess they'll let anyone sell on ebay . . . .

Those Guys at Performace are DICKS! My dad had an 06 Tiger with electrical trouble, trailered it to them from the other side of the state for the warranty work...and they "fixed it" only to have the same problem on the way back! They are ****ty ****ty people.

Tulsa Victory/Triumph

Sure be glad when the guys at the Victory dealership get Thiumph up and running. Yea, I've been to performance once. Well, twice, once to drop the beast off, and two months later to pick er back up. It was that infamous output shaft bearing problem we've heard so much about. Even though I bought my beast at Deep South in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. And even though it took 2 months to get the part and get it installed. I've logged a over four thousand miles since then with no problems. Like I said, sure be glad when we got our own local dealer, them guys at Victory seem real friendly, they let me take a victory vision out the door for awhile and test er out. They also have a ride about every weekend to somewhere, and invited me to come along anytime. I figure we can get our own ratpack up and running with a local dealer to help sponser it.
y'all take care, xhdskip

Performance Cycle

All comments regarding this dealer seem to consistent with my experience. I purchased by Rocket there, but have not been back for service. Parts guy could not even produce the correct set of crush washers for my oil change ... how hard can that be? Anyone have a good experience with other service dealers in Texas/Arkansas ... I will transport from Oklahoma to avoid these guys.

Tulsa dealer

please keep us informed of the quality of service at the new Tulsa dealer when they are up and running

Jimmy, this is Oklahoma, America's heartland. They only do this to liberal California lawyers.
