So I'm looking at options for my wife to ride with me, so a back rest is a must. So I'm looking at what Ogre did with a trunk... I like it as there is way more storage. But if I go with just a back rest are there after market ones that fit a 2011 roadster? I looked at the price for the Triumph ones. And really $90.00 just for the pad?!?! WOW! So looking for cheaper options.
Thanks for any help!
I love the R3 Roadster however, Triumph really needs to wake up and see what Harley has learned about accessories. they are worth much more than motorcycles in sales revenue and customer loyalty. I am very disappointing in the availability of custom parts and accessories for Triumph. Hell, ya can't even get floorboards for a 2011 roadster. I am getting a little more than pissy over it.

OK, its been a LONG time since I've been here... And as riding season is returning I'm still on the hunt for a passenger backrest thats not so **** expensive. I have seen a few pictures of the German made: Fehling in Germany. http://www.fehling.de/index.php?cont...id=11&lang=eng And they look like it would work, just not exactly what I'm looking for. I'd like it to be a little taller, and the rack a little bigger (insert sick joke here). Even if I could find out if a backrest from other bikes would fit, then I could shop around.
