The puter can learn new tricks....some good and some not so good. It can get some bad tricks from using E- stop button...or lowering side stand in gear..while running the engine ..Or if you disconnect the battery JUst start the engine and let it idle,...for 12 min....or until the cooling fan kicks in.....DO NOT TOUCH THE THROTTLE when starting the Rocket I do mine every so often.....just for chits and giggles That is what I have been told.
