Don’t hammer the throttle in a turn. Get her going up and straight before pouring the torque to her.;) It builds speed very fast so watch your corner entry as you may have built more velocity than you thought.

As said, they are a heavy. Lean to far (standing still) and you'll need help getting it back up.:p
Once going, though, it's as smooth as a cadillac.
I thought my Kawi 1500cc was a hand full when I first got it. After two years on the Rocket it feels like a pedal bike (the Kawasaki).

Be gentle with the throttle.

And never park front wheel into the curb.

And never try to pick the bike up by yourself.
It hurts to see on its side but not as much as the pain that goes through your back for the next month.

Above all smile knowing that you have brought one hell of a machine.
 
Hello EOD and welcome from Virginia. Any bike can be stupid fast so take your time getting to know it. The biggest difference in this and the others is, it's harder to pick up when its laying on you...
