Good day everyone! I'm new to this forum and I'm thankful to be a part of it. As a rider, when I was at a younger age until now I'm a little bit older, me and my friends always go for a perfect place to relax with their bike and that's the reason why until now motorbike has a special place to my life. My bike now is Suzuki Bandit 650S. I believe if you are a responsible guy you can take care for everything which is useful to you, that's why until now I feel like my bike is brand new. But now I think It's time for me to get a new one so I'm looking for the perfect advice and opinion based on their experiences about what the best motorbike with a good engine that fit for my taste.

Mr. Lucky; The Bandit is a very capable bike. If the motor and chassis fits you and your riding style, great. Many of the Rocket owners you will meet on this site have had and still have multiple motorcycles for different applications. They list their equipment with pride. Which bike goes on the road depends on where to and with whom they are going with. Having said this the Rocket is special. Torque, acceleration, top speed, comfort, looks, and the list of attributes will get long as other members reply to your query.

If you are like Mick Jagger and can't get no satisfaction, take a ride on a Triumph Rocket 3 and you will get some satisfaction.


All great bikes. Currently the Valkie and the Rocket share the garage. I wish I had kept the Zephyr. The Rocket gets used the most. Still learning how to ride it. It's a handful.

G'day and welcome Mr lucky,the bandit is a great bike and if it suits you for size but want something more powerful the 1250 Bandits are fantastic and bullet proof ,however the Rockets are a whole different bike and you should take one for a test ride to find out if it suits you ,a couple of bikes ago I had a Suzuki GSX1400 and that bike in my opinion was as close to an all round useful bike as you could get and absolutely a fantastic machine the choice is endless ,good luck in your search

As long as it has two wheels and gives you something to look forward to after a hard days graft , make model and colour don't matter too much .
But a Triumph Rocket 3 will change yer life !

Thanks y'all for your insights and advices. I have no plans of abandoning my current bike though I have plan of getting myself a Christmas gift which is a new bike probably one which will bring a new experience in my riding experience. Your insights are great help, I'll be looking around the forums for the meantime.

Hello Mr. Lucky and welcome form Virginia. Going from the Bandit to a Rocket? I would say the Roadster is the better transition as the seating position will be more of what you are accustomed to. I ride the Touring model and it is truly more of the cruiser position than the Roadster or older bikes. Good luck or is there any need to wish that with your name?

I've been a stout BMW rider for 45 yrs and I mean older beemers, the youngest being a 1997 RT1100. That being said I came upon A R3 Classic for peanuts and now I must admit the beemers that I own have taken the second spoy in machines that I now drive. Will not get rid of the beemers but will definitely keep the R3. Its right up there with my beemers. So don't be shy and do part-take in the pleasures of a R3 you won't regret it.
